Who This Role Suits
We are seeking doctors who are:
• UK or Irish medical graduates
• PGY3–PGY5 level
• Currently working at NHS CT1–CT3 level, Junior Clinical Fellow / Trust Grade level, or Irish • SHO / early Registrar level
• Experienced in Emergency Medicine, ideally with at least 1–2 years of ED experience
• Looking to further develop their acute and emergency care skills in a tertiary teaching hospital
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered, applicants should:
• Hold a primary medical degree from the UK or Ireland
• Have 3–5 years of postgraduate clinical experience
• Have recent Emergency Medicine experience
• Be eligible for registration via the Competent Authority Pathway with the Medical Board of Australia
• Have strong communication and teamwork skills
Salary and Benefits
Salary is paid in accordance with the NSW Public Hospital Medical Officers Award.
PGY Level
Approximate Base Salary
PGY3 AUD $120,000+
PGY4 AUD $130,000+
PGY5 AUD $139,000+
