About the Role
Blugibbon is assisting with a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist opportunity in the Wide Bay region of Queensland.
This role is suited to an experienced O&G specialist looking for a regional consultant position with a broad clinical scope. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team providing obstetric and gynaecology services across the region.
The position includes clinical care, supervision, teaching and involvement in service development.
Key Responsibilities
Provide specialist obstetric and gynaecology care.
Work across relevant hospital and outpatient settings.
Support the delivery of safe, patient-centred women’s health services.
Participate in multidisciplinary clinical decision-making.
Supervise and support junior medical staff.
Contribute to teaching, training and quality improvement.
Support service planning and development where required.
