About the Role
Blugibbon is assisting with a Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon opportunity in Bendigo, Victoria.
This role is suited to a suitably experienced specialist who is looking to contribute to a busy regional tertiary referral hospital while supporting the development of plastic and reconstructive surgery services.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and have involvement in clinical care, supervision, teaching and service development.
Key Responsibilities
Provide specialist plastic and reconstructive surgery care.
Support the development of surgical services within the department.
Supervise and guide junior medical staff, including interns, HMOs and registrars.
Contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and training.
Participate in the shared on-call roster.
Work closely with colleagues across a broad multidisciplinary team.
