π¬ Clinical Work
Both positions offer the opportunity to perform a range of emergency medical duties in a supportive environment. You'll gain experience with manageable patient volumes and the chance to work alongside skilled specialists.
Sydney Metro:
4–6 patients per night, with rest during quieter periods
On-call specialist support available throughout the night
Partner roster – work alongside a colleague/partner to sync your shifts and personal life
Perth:
Average of 4–6 patients per night
Specialist on-call support during night shifts
Opportunity for 1:1 mentorship during weekend shifts

Sydney:
Start Date: Flexible – Anytime from May 2026
Roster: 10 night shifts per month + 1 weekend shift
A buddy placement opportunity, ideal for couples or colleagues
Perth:
Flexible start date
Roster: 8 night shifts per month + 4 weekend day shifts
Enjoy autonomy in managing your own roster for personal commitments
π· Pay & Benefits for both Locations:
Attractive Remuneration: Approx. $20,000 AUD per month (approx. £10,466 GBP - £120,000-£125,000 per annum)

Eligibility & Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must:
π You must be registered with the GMC with a full license to practice
π Currently working at an F4+ level or equivalent
π Have significant A&E experience post-Foundation training, which can be from locum work, Trust Grade or fellowships.
π In order to be eligible to work in Australia, if you went to a non-UK medical school, you must have completed PLAB and worked in the UK for at least 12 months.
